Tricked you. No, this isn’t a typical “how to get a Summer bikini body” article where I’m going to tell you to drink lemon water for 7 days until you have an absolute melt down.
I’m not going to tell you to skip out on your friends wedding because you’ve only got 2 more weeks until your Summer holiday and you NEED to have the hottest bikini body on the beach.
And no, I’m not going to tell you that anything specific even denotes a bikini body.
I live in Canada, so I battle through 8 or 9 long months of brutality for that first taste of Summer (and this year was particularly bad) – I don’t need anything – especially not a stupid bikini body diet- dragging me down this time of year. When it’s -30 with the wind chill out, I’m definitely NOT thinking “Oh, well when Summer comes, I’m going to have to start worrying about this flabby bit on my hips, and I’m going to never be able to drink or eat dessert.” Hell no, I’m thinking about S’mores, and beer, and food events, and slipping into my bikini and LOVING my bikini body any way that it is.
Yes friends, this is your ticket to a healthy and happy summer loving your body, food, and your whole self. Trust me, it’s going to be the best damn summer ever.
