How to Make This Recipe

Rub jerk seasoning on chicken breasts and cook on a heated pan for 5 minutes on each side.

Step 1

Add the onion and sliced peppers to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add celery and saute until veggies are tender.

Step 3

Add jerk seasoning,  tomatoes, coconut milk and broth. Stir together.

Step 4

Add the pasta, spinach, and sliced jerk chicken to the pan and stir together.

Step 5

Serve and enjoy!
