Ingredients

canned chickpeas
drained and rinsed

zucchini
finely diced
1/4
cup
Roma tomatoes
seeded and finely diced
1/4

grated beets

parsley

vegetable boullion cube
1 1/2
cups
boiled water
Juice of 1 lemon wedge

za'atar
Salt and pepper
to taste

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
Add boiling water and enjoy!
