Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

This Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie is a protein-powder free breakfast or snack that's perfect for celebrating National Smoothie Day!

Ingredients

To garnish (optional):

  • 5 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries
  • 5 tbsp crushed graham crackers
  • Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • Puree the cottage cheese in your Vitamix Ascent A3500 until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the cream cheese, milk, lemon zest, strawberries, vanilla and honey, to taste. Puree until very smooth.
  • Divide half of the the smoothie between four glasses. If desired, add a layer of Greek yogurt, graham crackers and freeze dried strawberries. Then add the remaining smoothie and final dollop of yogurt and a sprinkle of graham crackers and strawberries. Enjoy!
