Keto Mozzarella Sticks
These Keto Mozzarella Sticks make delicious Low Carb, Gluten Free Party Snacks that everyone at the party is going to love!

Servings 12 sticks
- 12 mozzarella cheese strings
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Tomato sauce for dipping
- Olive oil for frying (optional)
If baking, preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the beaten eggs in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix the almond flour, parmesan, salt and spices.
Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg, then in the almond mixture, then in the egg and almond mixture again.
Place the sticks in the freezer for 20 minutes.
If baking, place the mozzarella sticks on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. If frying, preheat the oil in a pan over medium high heat and pan-fry until golden brown on all sides.
Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy!
