Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked very soft carrots
  • 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic quartered
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • To a food processor or blender, puree the cooked carrots, chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, paprika, cinnamon and salt to taste.
