1 cup cooked very soft carrots 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas, rinsed and drained ¼ cup tahini 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic quartered ½ teaspoon sweet paprika 1/4 tsp cinnamon Salt to taste
To a food processor or blender, puree the cooked carrots, chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, paprika, cinnamon and salt to taste.
Serve with veggies and enjoy!
