  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 large frozen ripe banana diced
  • 1 tsp flax
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Add everything to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
