Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup 2% reduced sodium cottage cheese
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • Pure honey , optional
  • 1 tbsp almond butter , softened
  • 1 tbsp toasted sliced almonds

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, puree the cottage cheese with the strawberries and honey, if using until smooth.
  • Serve immediately with almond butter and almonds.
