I share my favourite three gluten free craving crushing snacks to help you get through the dreaded 3 PM energy slump including a fibre-rich orange creamsicle smoothie, power ice cream, and protein guacamole!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup Skyr yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper , seeds and stems removed, minced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro , chopped
  • ½ roma tomato , seeded and finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash the avocados with the yogurt and lime juice. Stir in the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, tomatoes, salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
