Keto Mozzarella Sticks

Servings 32 sticks
- 16 mozzarella cheese strings
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup almond flour + 2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 4 tbsp ground flax
- 1 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Tomato sauce for dipping
- olive oil for drizzling
Put the beaten eggs in one bowl.
In another bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, flax, parmesan, salt and spices.
Dip the mozzarella sticks in the egg, then in the almond mixture, then in the egg and almond mixture again.
Place the sticks in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Place the sticks on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray/drizzle each stick with olive oil. Place baking sheet in the oven set to broil at 500F. Broil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce and enjoy!
