Honey Mustard Roasted Radishes
These roasted radishes make a delicious Spring vegetable side dish that is both sweet and tangy with a satisfying crunch from the hazelnuts.

- 1 lb radishes trimmed and halved or quartered
- 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts toasted and coarsely chopped
- Pinch of flour de sel for garnish
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Toss the radishes with the oil, salt and pepper and spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring once to ensure they brown evenly.
Remove from the oven and toss with the Maille Honey Dijon Mustard.
Return to the oven to get sticky and caramelized for another 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with hazelnuts and a pinch of salt.
