Honey Mustard Roasted Radishes

These roasted radishes make a delicious Spring vegetable side dish that is both sweet and tangy with a satisfying crunch from the hazelnuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb radishes trimmed and halved or quartered
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts toasted and coarsely chopped
  • Pinch of flour de sel for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Toss the radishes with the oil, salt and pepper and spread evenly onto a baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 20 minutes, stirring once to ensure they brown evenly.
  • Remove from the oven and toss with the Maille Honey Dijon Mustard.
  • Return to the oven to get sticky and caramelized for another 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with hazelnuts and a pinch of salt.
