Vegan Hawaiian Burgers

These vegan Hawaiian burgers are served with grilled pineapple and an easy vegan lime aioli and are super fast to prepare!

  • 1 pack 4 Yves Veggie Bistro Burgers
  • 4 ¼ ” rings of sliced pineapple
  • 4 burger buns

Cilantro Lime Aioli

  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • Juice and zest of 1 small lime
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp minced cilantro
  • 8 tsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce for serving
  • ¼ cup coconut chips toasted (optional)
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeno rings


  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Place the Yves Veggie bistro burger on the grill (frozen) and cook according to package directions.
  • Add the pineapple rings and cook on each side for 3 minutes, or until grill marks form.
  • Toast burger buns, if desired.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, lime zest, juice, garlic, and cilantro. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with the lime juice and a pinch each of salt and pepper.
  • To assemble, put lettuce on the bottom of the bun, add the avocado, grilled pineapple, 2 teaspoons of BBQ sauce, a burger patty, jalapenos, the aioli and a sprinkle of coconut chips. Enjoy!
