Gluten Free Shake and Bake Chicken | Healthy Copycat Recipe
This Gluten Free Shake and Bake Chicken Recipe is a healthy copycat version of the boxed seasoning mix that will help add tons of flavour to your chicken dinner in a flash!

Shake and Bake Mix (Makes Extra):
- 1 cup gluten free oats processed in a food processor until it becomes a fine powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 1/2 tsp smoked sweet paprika
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Place a baking sheet into the oven to pre-heat with the oven.
Mix the shake and bake mixture together in an airtight container.
Add the chicken breasts to a resealable bag and add 1/2 cup of the shake and bake mixture. Shake until fully coated.
Lay the chicken breasts onto the heated baking sheet and spray the chicken breasts with olive oil in the atomizer.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes (depending on the thickness of the breasts), or until a meat thermometer inserted into the centre reaches 165 F.
Store the shake and bake mixture in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 2 months.
