Holidays are all about the comforting desserts and every family has at least one go-to treat for their annual holiday spread. For me, there are really two. Apple crisp and pumpkin pie.
In a bowl, mix together all of the apple filling ingredients until well combined.
Crisp Topping
In a smaller bowl, mix together all of the crisp topping ingredients until combined.
Assembly
Divide the apple mixture between four 1-cup ramekins and top with the crisp topping. Transfer to the ramekins onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender and the crisp topping is crunchy and golden brown.
Enjoy warm out of the oven, or at room temperature.
