  • 1 ripe avocado flesh only
  • 3 tbsp reduced fat sour cream
  • 3 tbsp non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Puree the ingredients together and transfer to a container.
