Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Grass Fed 2% plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Grass Fed 1% milk
  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp honey or to taste
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
