How to Make This Recipe

In a bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add the coconut flour, almond flour, and salt.

 Add the baking soda and egg, mix until combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough for 5 minutes.

 Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out 8 balls of dough onto a lined sheet pan.

 Bake the cookies for 14 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack.
