Dark Chocolate Chai Truffles
These rich little morsels of heaven combine two of mom’s favourite flavours – chocolate and tea!

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Chai leaves
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 lb Green & Blacks Organic 70% Dark Chocolate finely chopped
- Cocoa powder mixed with cinnamon
- toasted almonds crushed
- Toasted coconut
- Powdered Sugar
Bring the cream, chai and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
Strain over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
Chill the mixture until firm.
Scoop out with a melon baller and roll into balls.
Roll in various toppings and pack into a pretty box.
