Dark Chocolate Chai Truffles

These rich little morsels of heaven combine two of mom’s favourite flavours – chocolate and tea!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Chai leaves
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 lb Green & Blacks Organic 70% Dark Chocolate finely chopped
  • Cocoa powder mixed with cinnamon
  • toasted almonds crushed
  • Toasted coconut
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • Bring the cream, chai and butter to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Strain over the chocolate and stir until smooth.
  • Chill the mixture until firm.
  • Scoop out with a melon baller and roll into balls.
  • Roll in various toppings and pack into a pretty box.
