Ingredients

  • 1 mangos pilled, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeds and veins removed and minced
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp honey or to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Puree the ingredients and transfer to a container.
