Almond Butter & Strawberry Power “Ice Cream”
I share my favourite three gluten free craving crushing snacks to help you get through the dreaded 3 PM energy slump including a fibre-rich orange creamsicle smoothie, power ice cream, and protein guacamole!

2/3 cup 2% reduced sodium cottage cheese 1 cup frozen strawberries Pure honey , optional 1 tbsp almond butter , softened 1 tbsp toasted sliced almonds
In a food processor or blender, puree the cottage cheese with the strawberries and honey, if using until smooth.
Serve immediately with almond butter and almonds.
