Carrot Hummus Dip

Servings 4 cups
- 1 cup cooked very soft carrots
- 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic quartered
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Salt to taste
To a food processor or blender, puree the cooked carrots, chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, paprika, cinnamon and salt to taste.
Serve with veggies and enjoy!
