35 Best Healthy Valentine’s Day Desserts | Paleo, Gluten Free and Vegan V-Day Recipes

Medically reviewed by Abbey Sharp, Registered Dietitian (RD), BASc.

I share the 35 best Healthy Valentine’s Day Desserts on the web. There are paleo, gluten free and vegan v-day recipes that you and your sweetie will love.

Guys, let’s chat Valentine’s Day. It’s coming up viciously quickly and you’ve got to be prepared. Speaking as a girl who likes to be pampered on the big V-Day, you better get your ducks in a row so that you don’t just end up with the obligatory stuffed animal or crusty box of chocolates.

But let’s get real here. You’ve probably JUST set a bunch of New Years Resolutions, and you’re probably keen to make sure you don’t break them this early on in the game (we’re only a few weeks in!) So screw those basic chocolates, and dig into one of these Healthy Valentine’s Day Desserts. We’ve rounded up the best vegan, gluten-free, grain-free, keto, low cal and paleo options that you can share with family, friends, your loved ones, or have all to yourself (now that’s my style)!
