    Okay this makes keto look much more appealing. I’ve done before and exactly none of my meals looked like that. Definitely would make it easier to stay on it!

    The only problem with this menu is that you don’t put down what a serving is. One avocado? Or 4? One cookie? Or the pile in the picture? NOT good for beginners.

    I love that you put this together – though I’m not personally a keto fan, I know a lot of people who are into it but only eat like heavy cream and cheese all day long lol. I love that you shared healthy, nutritious recipes that fit a keto lifestyle.
