Body Positivity & Intuitive Eating

I'm a registered dietitian so I've had a lot of experience watching people going on and going off of traditional fad diets. The research tells us that Mindful Eating, or paying attention to your body, and loving your body regardless of it's size or shape (called Health at Every Size), is the key to long term health.
